I think if he stays on the show he will eventually get "shorn." But then again, Jon was successful with that look!

With the long hair and facial hair and motorcycle jacket, he could be a kinder, gentler Jonathan. However, listening to him talk to Daisy today, he might have a bit of a dark side. I remember he was a nice guy, although it has been a long time and I didn't remember a lot of what is in his character bio.

I think he looks pretty good, myself! He could use a bit of a trim, but I love the facial hair - it looks fine on him.

I finally saw Friday's show last night and was so dissapointed with Sam's look. I thought he was so cute with short hair and the clean cut look. I want him to stick around but I would hope he cleans up a little. LOL

Does anyone remember him being somewhat romantically linked to Susan (Daisy). Obviously that can't work now since they've made her younger, but I thought they were cute together.

I heard he was "open" to staying. (They interviewed his agent.) I think they are negotiating that. I read it in one of the articles I posted a while ago...but the search isn't working right now (not sure about that!) so I can't retrieve it....

Does anyone know if he's staying for awhile? With Jonathan and Gus both gone, we're running low on the leather jacket wearing, motorcycle riding types of guys. We need more men on this show and they did have Sam show up in a leather jacket!

It took me a few seconds to recognize him. He looks much different than before. He had short blonde hair when he was on years ago. I never cared that much for his character. Seems like he was wimpy or something. Can't remember now.

Yes - it is the same actor who has always played Sam. I almost didn't recognize him, tho...with the long hair and facial hair. But love that he's back! Altho I couldn't hear a thing he said - I'm hoping to find out wht he said to Olivia when I read Dazie's stuff.

I think he was so cute. I love him already. There was a time I missed the show because of work and this and that. So I never seen him on the show before. I watched him on Charmed as the first son Wayet. I like that bad boy look. I thought it was Jonathon at first? I think I am just crazy. lol

It was good to see Sam again. I always liked his character, seemed very down to earth and honest. Remember when he scaled the lighthouse to rescue someone? I can't remember who it was, Michelle maybe? Anyone remember who Sam's love interest was, or if he even had one? I'm having a hard time remembering. That seems like an eternity ago.....
