Jack lies to Gloria and Jeff, Tyra breaks down, and Billy comes to the rescue!

Gloria, Kevin and Jana prepare for Thanksgiving at the coffee shop. Jana asks if they can afford to give all this food away - he jokes about credit. When Jana goes into the back, Gloria tells Kevin he can buy what he likes after tomorrow! Michael comes in and starts ragging on Gloria about not helping Lowell.

At the Abbott Mansion, Jack tells Jeff that there is a stockholder meeting tomorrow at Jabot. Jeff informs him that he would like to be named CEO! Jeff explains that with Gloria, he'd be having to look over his shoulder the whole time. Jack agrees to appoint him!

Daniel and Amber are at home and Amber starts crying. Daniel leaps to comfort her. They go to Katherine's gravesite and Amber talks to Kay as she crouches on the ground. "I miss you so much!"

Neil's place is filled with tension as Tyra fails to get Yolanda on the phone and Neil defends Gil having to 'go by the book'. Devon declares that his sister will come back home no matter what! Neil calls Michael and fills him in. Michael advises that he needs a sympathetic judge - he offers to get him some names in the morning. Billy then says he knows a guy who specializes in family law. Neil, Devon and Tyra take off, and Lily and Karen fret. Billy says he's going to get Torres at the Club. Lily goes along.

At the police station, Neil and Tyra try to explain the truth about Yolanda to the Social Services woman. She listens, but says that Yolanda is married and has legal custody! Devon goes with her, while Neil swears to Tyra that they will fix this. Detective Gil comes to speak to Tyra - he pleads his case with her, but she's too agitated, telling Neil that Gil did not have to turn them in! Devon meanwhile, tells the caseworker his story. He begs her not to send Ana into hell! Karen arrives just as Tyra is rude to the social worker. Karen tries to calm her down.

Back at Crimson Lights, Gloria has taken off, and Michael urges Kevin to tell him what she is up to - why she won't help Lowell! Kevin resists, but ultimately admits it's about Jabot. Michael listens and accuses him of being in on it. Kevin says he may get a promotion out of it, and Jana warns about his 'path'! Michael says they'll regret trusting Jack Abbott!

Gloria is at the Abbott Mansion with Jack. He tells her that she will be named CEO as planned. He asks about Jeffrey and she says he can travel. Jack says the world will change for both of them at the stockholder's meeting tomorrow! Jeff comes back into the room and they all toast to Jabot returning to the Abbott family! After Jeff and Glo leave, Jack speaks to someone on the phone, saying, "The meeting's tomorrow. They'll never see what's coming!"

Billy and Lily arrive at the Club and interrupt the Torres' dinner. Billy introduces her to Rafe, and he offers to do whatever he can to help - Billy stopped the kids from teasing him at school!

Amber and Daniel go to the coffee house and Jana commiserates with Amber's sadness and Daniel orders pie for them to go. As they leave, Glo and Jeff blow in and Michael immediately confronts them about the plan. He warns them about Jack, but they won't listen. Michael tells them Jack won't rollover and play dead, but Gloria says it's a dream come true! Michael asks when she became so soulless - this is his father! Gloria isn't affected by his feelings.

Devon gets to see Ana and gives her a watch, telling her to check it every hour and sing. He comes back out into the other room where Billy has arrived with Lily and Rafe. Neil thanks him. Gil convinces the worker to let Ana come out and say good night to them all. Tyra thanks him. The foster parents arrive to take Ana home with them. Tyra breaks down in Neil's arms.

Sitting on their bed eating pie, Daniel and Amber discuss how Katherine really lived. Amber wants to be like her. She initiates a conversation with Daniel about what they should do with the money Kay left her. Daniel notes how loving Amber is, saying he feels like the luckiest guy in the world! Amber later says she feels better after having gone to see Mrs. C. She explains that now she knows what to do - he has his path - art - and she has her clothing design. She won't return to Restless Style - she's going into business! He agrees to come with her!

Back at Neil's place, Lily thanks Billy with a hug. Inside, Karen tells Neil that they should fight for Ana the way that he and Dru fought for Devon! Neil smiles. Devon and Tyra remember how negligent Yolanda was when he was an infant. They vow that she won't get Ana!

Inside the coffee house, Kevin tries to stop Jana from opening the safe, but is too late. She wonders where he got all the money and he says it's Mrs. Chancellor's and he tried to give it back. He claims that Heather told him it was found money. Jana realizes that he paid for her scooter with it - and that he lied to her. She tells him what he does is up to him.

Karen helps Ana, Katherine loses something special, and a swing in power occurs at Jabot!

Jack, at home, calls Ashley asking where she is - it's D-day! Gloria and Jeff come in and Gloria notes that John is smiling down from heaven today. When she leaves the room, Jeff tells Jack that Gloria is under control. Jack quips, "Now there's a sentence!" Jeff informs Jack how he'll handle everything at Jabot.

The Jabot shareholder meeting will be at the Club, which is where Jill, Cane and Chloe meet. She says that the stockholders are very nervous - she wants Cane and Billy right by her side! Chloe asks where Billy is, and Jill replies that he is with Lily - they are trying to take Ana away from Tyra. Cane rushes out. Jill is irked, but more so, when Gloria and Jeff arrive. When she sees Jack appear as well, she remarks that she should have hired a bouncer! Jill is suspicious when Jack says he wouldn't miss this meeting for the world! Jill reminds him that he can't participate, and he walks away, saying into his cell phone, "Where are you, kid? We're about to make history!"

At Neil's place, the family, Olivia and Billy are meeting with Rafe, the lawyer. Tyra is upset that Ana may not know they are fighting for her. Rafe tells them to be prepared for this to drag out! Tyra tells a story of how Yolanda abandoned Ana in the cold one day. Ana reached out to her and called her 'mama' and that's what she's been ever since that day! Rafe says he's challenged the decision to put her in foster care, but they have to wait for a court date. Tyra is upset that she may have to have a supervised visit with Ana. Just then, Cane arrives at the door. He offers to be a witness if they need one, and Tyra expresses thanks. Devon says that he needn't stay. Lily walks Cane to the door and Billy asks how the shareholder meeting went. Cane says it's about to begin, and Lily encourages Billy to go.

Nikki and Esther go into Crimson Lights. They are discussing the ring that Kay left to Nikki. It can't be found, and Nikki wonders if Jill has hidden it!

In the diner, Katherine is wiping down a table when Pearl approaches - she gapes at her ring and tells her it's not costume jewelry - it's as real as they come! Katherine is certain it's not real - she doesn't make enough in the diner to even buy good junk! Pearl tells her to settle down, and Kay confides that it would all be so much easier if she could just remember something! Murphy arrives and Kay continues to lament that nothing seems right! Katherine later removes the ring to wash her hands and Pearl pockets it! Pearly rushes to finish her shift and leave, which is when Kay notices the ring is missing!

Brad arrives at the Jabot stockholder meeting, and Jill notes wryly that the crowd just gets more interesting. Brad tells her that the shareholders barely bought the 'Aussie on training wheels' before, and now that Kay's gone - her regime is going to be a hard sell! Chloe is off to the side of the room calling Cane and telling him to get himself back there! Just then, Colleen comes in. They exchange barbs. Nikki blows in next, and confronts Jill - she'll be leaving once Jill returns Katherine's ring to her!

Kevin has arrived at the Club and is sitting down with Gloria. She tells him not to worry about anything - he will get everything he's been promised. Kevin is unsure about Jeff and Jack. Nearby, Jack tells Jeff that the transition will be seamless. Jill tells Nikki that she thinks Katherine should have left her the ring, but it's way down her list of priorities. She tells her to get a life! Nikki approaches Jack and accuses him of framing Victor for murder. Jack smirks, "Let 'er rip!" But Nikki doesn't say much. Jack is surprised that she's letting things go with 'the Mustache'. She suggests he try it sometime! Jill asks Chloe if she's heard from Cane. Just then, he arrives. Cane tells Chloe about Ana being in foster care, and remarks that apparently, Billy was saving the day! Jill spots Billy walking in and says she is so glad they're both there! Billy looks uncomfortable and Jack gives him a knowing look across the room!

Back at Neil's house, Olivia asks Lily how she is doing getting over Cane. Lily says it's been difficult, and Liv points out that Billy's been watching her - he's Cane's brother, and that's a problem! Lily says they're just friends. Olivia then notices Karen, who asks if she's being paranoid about how dependent Tyra is on Neil. Olivia thinks back to her last conversation with Neil, where she suggested that he not marry Karen! Suddenly, Lily realizes that Billy left his phone behind. She leaves to take it to him. Just then, Rafe announces they will see Ana at Crimson Lights right now!

Sitting down at the shareholder meeting, Colleen asks Brad if he really wants to be there - they all treat him so badly. Nearby, Jack warns Billy that it's no time for cold feet - they're doing this for Dad! Jill calls the meeting to order, first remembering Katherine. As Nikki begins to leave, Jack whispers that she might want to stick around, but Nikki says she can't watch Jill takeover for Katherine. As Jill begins to talk, Gloria interrupts and says that as of today, there will be new leadership at Jabot - and it will no longer be the Chancellors! She explains that the majority share has shifted back to John Abbott's children. Jill stares at Jack as Gloria continues to talk. Brad smirks. Jill lunges forward as Gloria announces that Jill and Cane will be cleared out of the building by the end of the week. Jill says she won't let her takeover, but Billy stands and interrupts. As Lily walks in, he announces that he is William Abbott, and he will be running Jabot! Jill, Gloria and Cane are stunned!

Neil and family arrive at Crimson Lights to see Ana. There are embraces all around, and Ana says the foster family treated her fine, but she's ready to go home now! They gently explain to her that she can't come home, but she isn't accepting it. As Neil watches proudly, Karen tells Ana she went through a similar thing when she was 12 years old and her mother died - her dad couldn't handle things and she had to move and live with people she didn't know. They bond over being scared, but Karen says it got better when she prayed and sang! Tyra thanks Karen as she embraces Ana.

Nikki arrives back at Crimson Lights and sits down with Esther. She relays how Jill reacted when asked about the ring, then tells Esther that she's calling the police right now to report the ring as stolen!

Jill asks Billy what he is doing, and he sternly replies that he is a part of the takeover!
Jack raises his glass to the much-awaited revival of Jabot Cosmetics, and is rewarded with glares from Gloria and Jeffrey!
Phyllis calls Brad and tells him that Sharon is about to get some very bad news about her husband - and he should be there to pick up the pieces!

New Sheriff In Town!

Ashley makes a huge announcement, Noah and Eden get caught, and Amber accuses Kevin!

Inside the Abbott Mansion, Sharon gives Noah the grand inquisition before he leaves to go out. He cops an attitude, but Sharon stays cool, saying she loves him. Outside, Noah grabs Eden's hand - she's been waiting for him behind a tree!

Phyllis, Nick, Michael and Lauren are chatting over coffee at Crimson Lights. When Nick brings up Paris, Phyllis rapidly changes the subject. The subject of Eden and Noah comes up, and Lauren says that Sharon thinks poorly of Eden. Michael explains that there was a disagreement about who is influencing whom. Nick points out that both times Noah got into trouble he was with Eden. Just then, Noah and Eden come running into the coffeehouse together! Nick immediately demands to know what he's doing - he's grounded! Michael demands to know how Eden wound up with Noah and she says it was a coincidence - they ran into one another. Lauren and Nick take the kids outside to speak to them. Michael admits to Phyllis that he doesn't know what he's doing!

At the shareholder meeting for Jabot, Billy stuns Jill by announcing that he is a part of the Abbott/Bardwell takeover. He tells them all that the Abbott children now own the company and the Bardwells will play a role. Cane asks Billy how it feels being the son who stabbed his mother in the back! Jill realizes that Jack is behind Billy's betrayal. Jack raises his glass, saying, "To the long-awaited arrival of Jabot cosmetics!" Jill and Jack go at it. She questions him bringing Gloria on board. Gloria reminds Jill of how her involvement in the SEC scandal embarrassed Katherine - and bringing Cane on as CEO did too! Cane protests, and Jill tells Gloria and Jeffrey that they aren't competent at running anything. Cane says the company will take a hit over this - after all, what confidence can they have in Jack or Billy? Just then, Ashley Abbott walks in and announces that she will be the one heading up Jabot - not Jack, and not Billy! She explains that they all wanted Jabot back in the hands of the Abbott family. Brad smirks, "So you're the new sheriff in town!" Jill reminds Ashley that the tainted face cream came out of her lab! Jeff and Gloria's faces twist comically. As Jill and Ash keep arguing, Jeff whispers to Glo that they won't be taking a back seat to anyone.

Amber and Daniel are at home trying to get some designs going, but are lacking in inspiration. Daniel says he needs a muse. Suddenly it comes to him that he should be painting this time around rather than sketching. Jana arrives with some of Amber's old dress designs. They fill her in on their latest plans. Jana wonders how Phyllis took the news that they're leaving RS. Daniel admits that they haven't really told her yet! The subject of Jana's Vespa comes up and Daniel reminds Amber that Kevin bought it with credit. Amber says she saw Kevin hand the guy a wad of cash that night! Jana thinks back to finding the money in the safe, but keeps 'mum' to her friends.

Inside at Crimson Lights, Michael tells Phyllis that he noticed her wince at the mention of Paris. She begins to cry. After swearing him to secrecy, she tells him about the kiss between Nick and Sharon! Just then, Sharon arrives and Phyllis sends her out where Nick and Noah are. Michael says Nick is crazy about her - he doesn't understand! Phyllis says Sharon and Jack are having problems and she keeps running to Nick. Michael senses that she has something on Jack - she admits she does, and he warns that it could backfire and that you shouldn't act on emotion!

Outside on the patio at Crimson Lights, Nick tells Noah he's very disappointed in him! Sharon comes out, as Lauren says that she's just proved the point that they are a bad influence on one another! Nick forbids them to see one another outside of school, but Noah yells, "No!" Stunned, the adults listen as he says that Eden is fun and they like hanging out together - they're not robbing banks or anything! Nick decides to take Noah home along with Sharon. He stops to tell Phyllis on the way out, and once alone, she calls Brad, telling him that Sharon is about to get some bad news about her husband and she'd like him to be there to pick up the pieces!

Back at the stockholder meeting, Kevin drags Gloria away from the fray to ask about his promotion. She tells him to 'make nice'. Colleen approaches Lily, who tells her that what Billy did was disloyal, but Colleen says she's wrong - it was her grandfather's company! Jill stands with Cane and Chloe shaking her head in disbelief. Billy asks to speak with her, but Cane warns him off - even raising his voice! Ashley apologizes to Jack for her late arrival. Jack says it was perfect timing. She then confirms that she is pulling out of Forrester and will be running Jabot hands on - she will also be holding him to his promise not to try and get involved! Cane, meanwhile, tells Billy that he's a disappointment as a brother. Billy dismisses Chloe's attempt to speak to him, then rebuffs Kevin's attempt as well. Brad makes a remark to Jill, prompting her to tell him to get lost, and Jeff takes Jack aside, reminding him that if the Bardwells aren't happy - this all goes 'bye-bye'!

Lily finds a quiet moment to tell Cane that she's sorry - she knows what being CEO meant to him. Cane is about to say a word of warning about Billy, but Lily tells him he doesn't need to! Lily gets up, and Cane goes to ask Chloe if she's ready to go. Ashley approaches Billy and says she has great confidence in him and is looking forward to working together. As she walks away, Lily comes over. She makes it clear to him that she isn't happy with what he's done! Gloria and Jeff meander over to the bar, both admitting that they were ready to throw the other over - Gloria says the Abbotts just saved their marriage! Jill tells Ashley that she will be watching Jack, but Ash merely smirks. Jack tells Billy not to forget that he financed his lavish lifestyle for two years and now is the time to collect - he'll be letting him know what he wants him to do! Jack leaves and Billy turns to face his mother!

Kevin turns up at Daniel and Amber's place. He explains what went on at the Jabot meeting. Amber accuses him of wanting Katherine to have died, so that he and his mother could get their positions of power at Jabot! She points out that it's convenient that he doesn't have to obsess over money anymore. He asks if she's suggesting that he had something to do with Katherine's death, and Jana intervenes!

At home, Cane thinks back to meeting Billy and rubs his head with worry. Chloe offers him something to eat and he tells her not to worry - it won't affect them financially. She says she isn't worried - even if they didn't have his inheritance, she still has her job - and they're Chancellors! "Chancellors Rock!" she says, making Cane smile.

The bartender tells Nick that 'a beautiful woman' has left him the key to a room at the GCAC!
Brad asks Phyllis what she's up to - she tells him to intercept Sharon so she won't go running to Nick!
As Michael stands beside their table at the GCAC, Sharon asks Jack for an explanation. Jack begins, "It isn't easy to admit..."

A Clean Slate?!

Victor receives a visitor, Noah continues his deception, and it all blows up for Jack!

Phyllis orders a double at the GCAC bar. Jack wanders by and tells her that the Abbotts just got Jabot back and he and Sharon will soon be celebrating there - he wants Phyllis to leave! Phyllis assures him she won't be there. When Jack moves away, Phyllis uses the phone to book the best suite for that night!

Nick and Sharon arrive at the Abbott Mansion with Noah. They reiterate that Eden is bad news, but Noah doesn't agree. They tell him that lying comes with consequences - he's grounded! Noah runs upstairs. Nick remembers how he was a lot worse than Noah is, and he turned out fine. He puts his arm reassuringly on Sharon's shoulder as Jack walks in. Nick leaves and calls Phyllis - she tells him to meet her at the GCAC bar! Inside, Jack tells his wife that tonight they celebrate. He presents her with a new outfit to wear to the GCAC. Sharon says she's not going anywhere until they talk about his scheming - he assures her that Billy and Ashley are running Jabot - he's squeaky clean! Sharon accepts his explanation and goes to get ready. Noah comes in and tells Jack that he thinks Sharon has been hard on him due to his stress over her marriage. Jack says they're fine. Just then, Phyllis phones Noah and asks him to babysit overnight. Jack okays it! Sharon comes downstairs, looking stunning in her new dress. Jack says he's learned his lesson and they leave the house.

Michael visits with Victor at the jail. He must tell him that their experts agreed with the prosecution - the diary is in his handwriting! Victor denies it and Michael says they need a new way to prove it's a forgery. Victor tells Michael to confront Jack Abbott and break him!

Still at the GCAC bar, Phyllis re-reads the evidence she has against Jack - the items from Mexico and the motel are highlighted. She calls Brad and tells him to discreetly hang around the GCAC dining room tonight - Sharon's going to need a ride home and a big strong shoulder to cry on! She then heads up to the suite and prepares for a night of seduction! Downstairs, Nick arrives and the bartender gives him a room key - Nick grins.

Inside the jail, Victor is reading when Frank Ellis approaches him, saying he knows who he is - and he knows the truth about his diary! He says he has a lot of information that might interest him - he wants to bargain for freedom and a million bucks. Frank describes the diary - Victor pays attention, but then says it's extortion and demands to hear what Frank knows. Frank says he'll talk when the million dollars goes into his bank account. Victor threatens him and Frank calls the guard to take him back to his cell!

Michael arrives at the Abbott Mansion and is about to ring the bell when Phyllis calls him. She says that Jack is at the Club and she needs him to get him to stay there until he gets a certain delivery. Michael says it will backfire, but heads to the Club.

Nick arrives at the suite door. Phyllis says, "Surprise!" Phyllis says that with everything that's happened lately they need some together time. "From now until morning it's just us." Nick says he's down with that. Phyllis takes a moment to check in with Noah. As they're talking, Eden arrives at the door. Noah lets her in as Nick gets on the phone and says how much he appreciates him watching Summer. After they hang up, Nick goes to run a bubble bath and Phyllis takes room service. She sends the guy back downstairs with the envelope containing the stuff about Jack!

Jack and Sharon are seated in the dining room and Jack makes a toast to his beautiful wife. Brad watches from a distance. A gift is brought to the table and Jack explains to Sharon that it's from her to him! It's a clean slate! Brad sighs and calls Phyllis - she tells him to sit tight!

Eden sits down in the tack house living room and says that she lied to Fen's sitter, so she can't stay long. Noah says that they won't have to sneak around forever. She helps him study for a math test, but they wind up kissing. Suddenly the phone rings again. It's Phyllis. Eden wonders if she's got a nanny-cam installed! Phyllis tells him to call her phone if he has a problem, Nick's is dead. Noah smiles at Eden and says he's got everything he needs! Before long, it's time for Eden to say goodbye and they kiss again at the door.

In the Club dining room, as Jack chalks on the 'clean slate', Michael comes up and says he needs to talk to him. In front of Sharon he accuses Jack of writing the diary! Jack protests, but Michael keeps pressing, until Jack stands up and warns, "Get off my back!" As he threatens to have Michael thrown out, the waiter brings the envelope to Sharon containing Jack's credit card statement! She asks about the motel and the escort service, and Jack, with Michael making faces beside him, tries to save himself by confessing to being a sex addict!

Back in the suite, Nick comes into the room and toasts his wife, "Who never ceases to amaze me!" Dinner is brought to the door, and the waiter confirms that her errand was taken care of. She asks him not to mention anything to her husband. Nick is appreciative of the food, but they decide to let it get cold!

Nikki caustically tells Ashley that her visit with Victor went exactly as Ashley had hoped it would!
The concierge tells Jack that Sharon left with another gentleman. Jack asks, "What gentleman?"
Nick tells Phyllis he has the feeling there's something she's not telling him!

A Long, Slow Train Wreck!

Sharon makes a decision, Phyllis keeps Nick busy, and Victor learns the truth!

Victor has set up a meeting with Frank Ellis in the jail. Frank tells him he has names and places, but if he won't pay him, he gets nothing. Vic says he's gathered his own information about Frank since they last spoke - he has an autistic son who needs a lot of help and a wife who's going through hell! Victor offers to take care of Frank's family in return for Frank telling him everything he knows. Frank spills all, telling him that Jack dictated what was to be in the diary and Adam gave it to him. He tells Victor that Jack paid him off, and that in his opinion, Adam got suckered by Jack. Victor tells him to write it all down.

Sharon gapes across the dinner table at Jack as he tells her he's a sex addict. She asks if this is some kind of sick joke, before accusing him of telling a boatload of lies. At the bar, Brad looks on, as Jack reaches out for Sharon and she jumps up from the table. Michael, who is still there, wonders what Jack is covering up that is so bad he would undermine his marriage to hide it! Jack tells Michael he doesn't care what he thinks and heads out to find Sharon.

Up in their suite, Nick and Phyllis bask in the afterglow. When Nick leaves the room for a moment, Phyllis notices his cell phone ringing - it's Sharon! She shakes her head and calls Brad, who says he's already on it!

In the lobby of the GCAC, Sharon leaves a message for Nick on his cell phone, then turns to see Brad standing there. He asks if she's alright, and offers to drive her home. Soon after, Jack appears looking for her and is told by the concierge that she left with another gentleman!

Ashley greets Nikki as she walks into Crimson Lights. Nikki tells Ashley that her talk with Victor went exactly as she'd hoped - Victor communicated how much he despises her! "Congratulations, Ashley. Mission accomplished." Ashley angrily asks what she's trying to say. Nikki informs her that he is now blaming the diary fiasco on her - and she thinks Ashley set her up to show up and get attacked! Ashley tells her she couldn't be more wrong! She says she hopes Nikki and Victor can someday get past the animosity, and she had advised Victor to let it go. Nikki thinks it's because Ashley feels Nikki's not worth Victor worrying about. Ash says, "You said it, not me!"

Phyllis listens to Sharon's tearful message on Nick's cell phone and asks out loud, "Why are you calling my husband?!" Nick comes out and asks if he heard the phone ring, but Phyllis covers. Laying side-by-side on the bed in matching white robes, Phyllis says she hopes their daughter meets a man as amazing as him someday. Nick asks what she would like for Christmas and Phyllis replies that she wants 'this moment' in a bottle or a snow globe. He tells her they'll always be together - forever.

Back at home, Sharon once again tries to call Nick. Brad comes out of the kitchen with a glass of water and tries to find out what is going on. She starts to break down, saying, "How could he do this to me?!" She tells Brad her marriage to Jack has been like a long, slow, train wreck. She asks Brad to go and grab her a sweater, and while he's gone, she tries Nick again, but still gets no response. Jack comes in the back way, unseen, but ducks out of the way when he hears Brad's voice. He peeks out again in time to see Brad place the sweater around Sharon's shoulders and rub her back. Jack shows himself, demanding that Brad get away from his wife. This sets Sharon off even more - Brad was only helping her! Brad leaves and Jack starts talking, but Sharon stops him. "I can't do this anymore! I want you to pack a bag right now and move out of here! Tonight!" Outside, Brad listens, stunned!

Michael arrives at the prison and Victor fills him in. Michael tells him that they can't just take Frank Ellis's word on this - they have to find corroborating evidence. Victor says Frank told him how it all went down. Michael is leery about Frank's prior convictions. Victor shows him the written confession, but Michael notes it was obviously written under duress! Victor is frustrated.

Back in the suite, Nick and Phyllis toast with champagne. He says he's still curious about why she set this up. She admits that lately, she feels she's spending less time with him than other people are. He says he'll never forget that she's the most important person in the world.

Brad goes to Crimson Lights and calls Phyllis. He tells her that her scheme worked brilliantly - as they speak, Sharon is throwing Jack out of the house! Phyllis urges him to go back over there, but Brad says he's no stalker! Phyllis urges him to think of something.

Nick comes into the room as Phyllis is finishing her conversation with Brad. He asks who she was speaking to, and she makes something up. He wonders if there is something she isn't telling him. She says nothing is bothering her and she is the happiest she's been in a long, long time. Nearby, Nick's cell phone vibrates.

Ashley greets Victor in the jail. She brings him up to speed on her activities, saying Abby has exams and will be coming at Christmas time. She senses something is wrong. Victor sits her down and tells her that he feels Jack is behind the forged diary.

Back at the Abbott house, Sharon reminds Jack how they got together. He reaches out for her, but she tells him not to touch her, "Just get out!" Jack says one thing that wasn't a lie was that he loved her. After he's gone, Sharon sobs. As she continues to try and get Nick on the phone, she thinks back in her mind to the two of them together in France. Brad has returned to the Abbott house and watches as Jack stands outside the door, then picks up his bag and leaves. Brad rings the doorbell, and when Sharon answers, he says he thought he'd come back and see if Colleen wanted to spend the night and give Sharon some space. Sharon says Colleen isn't there, and starts crying. Brad takes her to the sofa and covers her with a blanket.

At the GCAC, Jack gets the key to his room and when the employee asks how long he'll be staying, he says he wishes he knew!
