All i know is Dinah said she was taking off to find Bill a specialist, of course we must be all out of specialists in the US. But she kinda really took off to
get herself together, cause she feels guilty for the kidnapping and accident. Why Germany idk i guess just so she can accidentaly run into Shane.

I think she was really worried about them finding out she was involved in Lizzie's kidnapping. I think that was really why she took off.
